What is it?
Level 1: Student with a teacher
Student uses right hand and places beanbag in teachers left hand.
Teacher places in his own right hand.
Teacher places bean bag in students left hand.
Student places beanbag in his right hand.
Student uses left hand and places beanbag in teachers right hand.
Do the whole exercise with little or no talking.
The pass of the beanbag should be 'meeting', placing it not throwing it. And the pass is about connection, know that your partner has the control of the beanbag
before you let go.
Do it with a steady moderate beat.
