Roll a large ball to the next person in the circle
Contact, Cooperation, Coordination particularly with peers / other students.
Sense of rhythm and flow, finding a tempo that is steady neither too fast or too slow.
Sensing how hard to roll the ball.
Make the circle larger- so there is as much space between students as possible. (3 feet to 5 feet is ideal).
Some smaller rooms will not accommodate this exercise.
Have student put their hands more towards the top of the ball. Roll the ball by pushing the top.
