About: For evolutionary reasons, our nervous systems are primed to predominently pay attention to danger and potential dangers. As we pay attention do danger and potential dangers, noticing what is 'right', what is good, true and beatiful takes a back seat or is not attended to at all. To thrive, no just survive, we need to notice and attend to and celebrate what is good true and beautiful. It is very easy to notice what rules are broken, and it takes more intention to notice what rules where honored followed and respected.

I like the image of spot welding. Take to seperate pieces of metal, give them a strong burst of energy, and the they fuse into one piece. Take a moment where a person or group is 'showing up', where they are alive to the good true and beautiful, give that the right burst of attention and acknowledgement and that moment will become a deeper part of them.
